The Health and Rehabilitation Center at The Towne House

The Medicare certified Health and Rehabilitation Center provides both comprehensive and skilled nursing care. All of the Medicare skilled nursing accommodations are private. The Center also has a state-of-the-art rehabilitation department which provides a full array of physical, occupational, and speech therapies. In addition to serving our retirement center residents, the Health and Rehabilitation Center also welcomes individuals from Fort Wayne and the surrounding communities.

While our professional staff is very dedicated to providing residents a clean, attractive environment and the finest in nursing care, they are equally committed to supporting each individual’s emotional, social, and spiritual well being.
