The Health Center at The Towne House

The Medicare certified Health Center provides both comprehensive and skilled nursing care in a variety of private and semi-private accommodations. The Health Center also has a state-of-the-art rehabilitation department which provides a full array of physical, occupational, and speech therapies. In addition to serving our retirement center residents, the Health Center also welcomes individuals from Fort Wayne and the surrounding communities.
